Material: Solid oak certified as sustainably sourced. We select and craft each board to highlight its natural grain.
Manufacturing: Designed and handcrafted to order in our workshop in Granada.
Finish: High-hardness protective varnish. Preserves the natural feel of the grain, is waterproof, and does not require maintenance with oils.
Structure: Assembled with high-strength concealed steel hardware to ensure stability and prevent twisting.
Workshop lead times: We craft each piece to order, working in harmony with the natural rhythms and processes of solid wood. The production and preparation time is 5 to 6 weeks.
Shipping: Shipping is completely free on orders over €600. We work with DHL, a leading international shipping company. Transit time is 3 to 4 business days.
Returns: You have 14 calendar days from receipt. Pieces must be kept in packaging that guarantees safe transport. Configurations with custom measurements outside the catalog are not eligible for return.
Issues: If you notice any damage to the packaging upon receipt, please note it on the carrier's delivery slip and notify us within 24 hours so we can handle it as a priority.

Construcción y cuidados
Structure: Las uniones se realizan mediante herrajes de acero de gran robustez ocultos, asegurando una estructura firme, pesada y duradera. Las patas se envían desmontadas para un transporte seguro y se montan en under 10 minutes con los herrajes incluidos.
Finish protection: Tratado con invisible high-hardness varnish, que crea una capa impermeable capaz de evitar la absorción de líquidos y manchas. Ideal para su uso en baños o comedores. El barniz realza la veta natural del roble sin necesidad de aceites nutritivos.
Mantenimiento diario: Basta con un paño suave ligeramente humedecido. Sin productos abrasivos ni tratamientos especiales.
Spot repairs: Si la pieza recibe algún golpe o marca superficial, ofrecemos ceras de reparación específicas para madera que disimilan imperfecciones sin afectar al acabado original.
