¿En qué material están fabricadas las piezas de Studio Tablas?

We work with solid wood, hand-selected in our Granada workshop, and in some pieces, such as the VELA bedside tables, with oak veneer. Each product page states the exact material.

¿Cuál es el plazo de fabricación y entrega?

We make each piece to order in our Granada workshop, within 3 to 6 weeks depending on the model. Shipping then usually takes about 3 days, to all of Spain and Europe.

What care does the wood need?

Very little: a soft, slightly damp cloth is enough, then dry it. The high-hardness varnish protects the wood without the need for oils, and for small marks we offer repair waxes.

What is the bench designed for?

It is a versatile piece: a dining bench by the table, a bench at the foot of the bed or a seat in the hallway.

Technical Details and Craftsmanship

Where function is sculpted in wood

The LUMA Bench, made 100% from solid oak wood, has been designed to adapt to the rhythms of your home without compromising its sturdiness. Its gently curved silhouette celebrates the honesty of the material: the natural grain and knots of the oak make every piece a unique, one-of-a-kind object.

Its multifunctional design makes it the perfect piece for any corner of the home: dining bench, end-of-bed bench, shoe bench in the hallway or a spa touch in the bathroom. As a piece made to order, each bench is made individually in our workshop in Spain, with a level of detail only possible when making to order.

Our making combines traditional cabinetmaking techniques with the latest technology. Each oak board is selected by hand, respecting its natural grain and knots. The result isn't a bench that imitates wood: it is wood, from start to finish.

Construction and care

Structure: The joints are made with hidden heavy-duty steel fittings, ensuring a firm, heavy and long-lasting structure. The legs are shipped detached for safe transport and are fitted in under 10 minutes with the fittings included.

Finish protection: Treated with invisible high-hardness varnish, which creates a waterproof layer that prevents liquids and stains from soaking in. Ideal for bathrooms or dining rooms. The varnish brings out the oak's natural grain with no need for nourishing oils.

Daily care: A soft, lightly damp cloth is all you need. No abrasive products or special treatments.

Spot repairs: If the piece gets a knock or a surface mark, we offer repair waxes made for wood that hide imperfections without affecting the original finish.

Styling Suggestion: Create a perfect visual composition by pairing the LUMA Bench With the LUMA Solid Oak Dining Table | Studio Tablas in the same finish, or let it shine on its own in your hallway alongside neutral tones and linen textures.
