Manufacturing: Handcrafted to order in our workshop in Granada.
Tiempos de taller: Fabricamos cada pieza bajo pedido respetando los procesos de la ebanistería tradicional. El plazo de producción y preparación es de 3 a 4 semanas.
Envíos: El envío es completamente gratuito (Península) en pedidos globales que superen los 600€. Para pedidos de menor importe, el coste de envío es de 45€.
Devoluciones: Dispones de 14 días naturales desde la recepción. Las piezas deben conservar un embalaje que garantice un transporte seguro. Las baldas fabricadas con medidas personalizadas fuera del desplegable no admiten devolución.
Incidencias: Si detectas daños en el embalaje durante la entrega, es imprescindible anotarlo en el albarán del transportista y notificarnos en menos de 24 horas para ofrecerte una solución prioritaria.

Mounting system: The shelves are installed using concealed brackets, designed to provide a clean look and secure mounting. These brackets allow for precise adjustment to ensure perfect leveling.

Finish Protection: Our pieces are treated with high-hardness varnish, which creates a waterproof layer that prevents liquid absorption and the appearance of stains. In addition to protecting the wood, this varnish enhances the beauty of the wood grain, highlighting its natural texture and depth. The result is a stable and durable surface that lasts over time, without the need to apply nourishing oils.
Care: Simply wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. All our wood is FSC-certified and sourced responsibly.
