01. Pore Preparation and Treatment
A premium finish starts before the painting. We perform thorough precision sanding and prepare the solid wood surface or substrate to ensure perfect adhesion and a homogeneous texture.
02. Application in Spray Booth
We have a professional cabin that allows us to work in a controlled environment. We apply the layers using high-fidelity spraying systems, ensuring fine, impurity-free finishes with optimized execution times.
03. Curing and Quality Control
We scrupulously respect the curing times of each material (lacquers, varnishes, or oils) to ensure complete chemical cross-linking. The result is a waterproof, durable surface with a sophisticated feel.
At Studio Tablas, we are creators, not restorers. Our lacquering and finishing service is exclusive to newly manufactured pieces that we develop in our workshop, or for projects contract and new interior design. We do not repaint or intervene in historical or third-party furniture.
